I heard Gantz was werid till the final seconds >_>

the ending was filler, the real story continues in the manga, but yeah it gets real wierd

So was the ending of Great teacher Onizuka.

And the Berserk(Don't let the first episode turn you off, I would even suggest just skipping the first episode since it happens in the future plot wise) anime ends at the biggest plot twist.

I like Elfen Lied's ending even though it doesn't follow the manga.

I agree Gun grave(Don't let the first episode turn you off, I would even suggest just skipping the first episode since it happens in the future plot wise) and Rurouni Kenshin are pretty good.
I consider Trigun a poor man's Ruruoni Kenshin.
