Whoa, that was really interesting. Apparently the only time since 1974 that the majority of people approved of the Congress was a reaction to the World Trade Center attack. Hahaha. Shit, that spike is insane.
If everybody hates every Congress forever, that approval rating becomes kinda meaningless. Yeah, the infamously hated Democratic Congress will become even more Democratic this November. Definitely.
