For What Would You Ban Someone?

I would ban all the people who post the same gifs and 4chan pictures over and over and over and keep thinking it's funny each time. I'm talking about pictures such as Picard /facepalm, "wat," fat chicks, random kitten picture, etc.

It's not funny. It's just not.
