Best new Game: Halo: Combat Evolved(2 and 3 suck imo, but 1 was absolutely revolutionary)
Best new Franchise: God of War

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
