I need reasons NOT to buy a PSP.

Forget a PSP then. DS is better and cheaper ;) Suikoden > GoW.

 

While I completely agree that DS's library obliterates the PSP's library, I will have to bring up the fact that all PSone games are playable on PSP. So not only do you have access to the great new games coming for PSP (unfortunately the last two were CCFF7 and GOWCOO), you also have access to hundreds of PSone games on the go.
