yes and no. Sometimes for whatever reason I get a game that just does not want to run well on my PC. But that's a rarity as long as I've got decent hardware. But the flipside is, that never happens on a console.
Consoles as a whole are definately more user friendly. For PC gaming it does take more of an investment of time just to know how to game on a PC effectively.
