at current times it looks like the Bleach franchise belongs to sega for the console realm so you might want to try and contact them and ask. However I should state the Bleach fighters on Gamecube and Wii have been mediocre.
P.S. No Bleach games coming to major consoles anytime soon as far as I can tell.
