I think it's just PS3.
I played the demo. It provided a few minutes of entertainment, but I don't think I'll buy the full game. The game will appeal more to some than others though, it's worth checking the demo out to see if you're one of the ones it appeals to.
I'm still trying to figure out why they call the monsters 'Zombies'...they're clearly not zombies. Like, super-HD-Clearly not zombies. But, whatever!
