On a serious note, do you mean the fan is blowing out really hot air? Is your fan loud all the time no matter what you're doing? Typically, if you're not running a disc or playing a game and you're just on the PSN store or something, the fan should barely make any noise and not be spewing out very hot air. When gaming, after a couple minutes the fan will probably kick into high gear and get pretty hot.

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.
