I've met you?

Fantasy RPG - As this is an English speaking forum, the default reference for RPG is WRPG unless otherwise stated. It either means all RPGs as in " I like RPGs", but when referencing a specific title its usage narrows to the Western Flavour most of the time. Furthermore if the meaning would become aparant in the OP as I didn't mention a single JRPG, only two other WRPG titles.

Fantasy JRPG - Notice the J denotes its different origins to the other RPGs. When speaking of JRPGs people usually use the term JRPG to specify the origins and type of game, not the more generic RPG.

Fantasy WRPG - RPG from a western country.

How about this to make it even clearer.

"Hey you girls" - When speaking to 2 or more girls

"Hey you guys" - When speaking to 2 or more boys

"Hey you guys" - When speaking to a mix of at least 2 boys and girls.

Your default reference to a RPG is not automatically the western style on an english speaking forum. Typically it encompasses both varieties since the major difference is in the combat system. The only reason the terms WRPG and JRPG became popular is because western developers gave up on turn based RPGs first where there are a few eastern developers still keeping the style alive. I point out again the number of people in this very thread naming RPGs that are not western developed or done in the "western" style.
