Exactly. The rating system will be similar to YouTube, and you can sort games by type, size, rating, user, etc. There's a reason YouTube does so well despite the amount of crap on the site. It's still pretty easy to find good stuff.

The only potential rough spot is allowing people to start charging for their levels. 90% of the people suck at making levels so if the few that do want to start nickel and diming you it could hurt the community. I am really interested in seeing how that one plays out.
