1) Graphics are already looking better in X360 (ATI XENOS > RSX)

Look the X360vs PS3 graphics comparison from Gamespot and other famous sites

2) Actually X360 has more and better quality games and many of them shares them with the PC( so if i have pc, i dont need a 360 is what you're saying.

More quality games? i disagree

 

especially with games like Splinter Cell Conviction and Alan Wake waiting in the corner...

3) Xbox live is actually better than  the PS3 online for now, psn is catching up, although i think psn is better.(lagfree)

The only bad about it is that it costs and its not free, and it lags
