I was about 3, and was playing in my nans lounge just before she went on holiday. She had suitcases all around the lounge, and i tripped on one and fell face first into a glass cabinet.
As you can imagine, it didnt go well for my face. I slashed my face open and it put glass in my eyes, which to this day cant be removed. This is why i have poor long range vision 
I hope my 360 doesn't RRoD
