No...he actually means that the Japanese Ratchet looks stupid compared to the US Ratchet. They redesigned Ratchet for Japan and he looks terrible. He's not talking about the graphics :P You should Google pics. I'd give you comparisons but I'm on my Wii now =/ He could always import though...

You don't get it, even with the US or PAL disc my PS3 forces Ratchet to show his horrible Japanese model :(
