I thought there was a campaign to get people off the internet and back into libraries?
Arresting people over a $30 fine is hardly a good way to convince people =P
I'm not saying she should be allowed to blow off the fines and keep the books...just that from a PR perspective its counterproductive to what they're trying to do.
