Just ask your self what type of games do you want to play and do you care about blu ray. I would recommend 360 out of two, it has better library of games, RPG's, Shooters etc. It's significantly cheaper, if you want Online get Live it's good (but costs).
PS3 still does not convince me, not enough titles.
