My guess is Uncharted is included because they expect more new owners to actually buy Resistance 2. While UC didn't flop, it also doesn't seem to have done as well as they expected, or as well as the reviews seemed to warrant. By packing the title in with the system, they immediately give a new IP a much higher profile, and set the stage for potential sequels. Resistance 2 doesn't seem to need that.
