Obviously it can revolutionize the genre. Afterall it isn't out yet.
It has a new cover system
Very unique look and feel
A very unique multiplayer mechanic. Now don't say it just combines stuff from other games, cause even if it were, putting them in one game could in theory still be a "revolution"
Furthermore since it isn't out yet, who is to tell how exacly it all will function ? only people who has played it can state how that build was. Noone can say the final one wont be a revolution to the shooter genre.
And yes, i'm well aware of the difference between revolution and evolution.
