There are a lot of attacks that can break through it, it's very easy to get spiked, and it's terribly stiff meaning its easily gimped if I get caught under the stage. |
Any attack that does more then 7 damage in a single hit breaks it. Lots of multihits won't break it but single hits will. Also, if you grab a Snake off the Cypher and do nothing, no grab jabs or anything, until he breaks free. Then he can't pull out another Cypher until he takes damage or hits solid ground. He won't be able to grab the edge out of it either.
