I know two people who just won't buy it because it rubbed them the wrong way.
Not even sure how either of them picked up on that since while they both owned PS2s neither are the type to visit game sites.
Shame too... my Aunt is one of them. Loves high-def movies. Has a really big high def screen, surround sound set up. Something about PS3 rubbed her the wrong way. Just sticking to her 360, and has a wii for the kid. Well and a DS for the kid... and a PSP.
My friend like this is also a girl actually. Wonder if there is any correlation their if some sort of add set them off... or what. Like seriously, just a mention of the Ps3 kinda makes either of them wince.
If anything it was probably the dumbass baby adds that were trying to be all artistic and abstract and instead just ended up stupid.
For me... I don't have one yet soley becuase i have way too many Wii and PC games to play yet. Once i get through those... and buy most of the games on my "Must Buy" list... i'll get a PS3. No point spending a whole bunch of extra money on a second system until i plow through the games on the first system.
