I *really* doubt that. True, those PC games do keep selling for years but don't assume the good console games do the same thing.
Name me the big sellers for PC this year and I promise you just about any user could tell you a game that doubled that games sales and then add another that matched that games sale for any single platform.

Perhaps the double remark is stretching things a little, but outsold by at least a considerable amount. Also, the only exception to this would probably be WoW but I imagine at the Wii and 360 both have something that can at the very least match it.
