No they wouldn't. Microsoft bought Rare. And, unlike the Goldeneye fiasco, Banjo Kazooie belongs to Rare and thus Microsoft.
Also, it is confirmed that the price will be $40 for Nuts n Bolts. This is an all around good deal. How could any 360 owner pass it up?
