It's a "captain obvious" claim though. Everyone knows there will be a new console sometime in 2011 or 2012. It's extremely unlikely that it would come earlier than 2011 or later than 2012. The only reason there is a two year window there, really, is because console manufacturers often delay consoles for a year (Sony, Nintendo).
