The HDD is f***ing expensive, so it's better to make up your mind before deciding on which SKU. In the US buying an Arcade doesn't make any sense since a 20 GB Pro is only $20 more. In others you might want to think twice since an Arcade is 199 euros and a Pro is 268.

 

The 20gb is not expensive at all anymore, go take a look on Ebay, now the 60gb/120gb are standard size people are selling off their 20gb for peanuts and no doubt the shops will be selling off theirs the same to shortly....

And don't forget for MP3,photos and Div-x, mp4 movies etc you can add a usb drive just about any size as long as you use something like Partition magic to format it.. (Google it)..
