What did bad reviews for Lair and Haze mean for the PS3?
Again and again fanboys try to hold up each and every exclusive title and claim that they are the lynchpin to their console's future success, but that's just baloney.
Halo 3? MGS4? Those are system sellers. Those are games that mean something.
But at the same time, they don't really mean a whole lot. Each seems to push a few hundred thousand gamers into buying a console, but for the most part, those buying a 360 for Halo3, or MGS4 for PS3, would be buying those consoles anyway. Very few people are that slavishly devoted to one franchise.
The truly rare games are titles like GTA3 and WiiSports, titles that come around about once in a generation and completely alter the landscape.
Compared to those titles, Too Human and Haze being shite don't mean a damn thing to anyone but the publishers.
