IMO, Famitsu tends to base their reviews not on what they think (which according to some posters, they've even admitted to doing), but what they feel jo-blow will think the game to be sales-wise.
However, when they end up giving a game 37 or higher, it actually is a really, really good game.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
