I have yet to see a review where anyone loved it.  Seems like the highest reviews are coming in just shy of 8.  In this day and age of inflated scores, that doesn't equate to loving it.

 

I think he was reffering to what IGN said:

" Too Human is a game that is going to excite some, confuse others, and leave some wondering what the fuss is all about."
