That's called Glide Tossing. Every Character can do it, you just need an item to throw. It's a combination of rolling and throwing, you also get the invincablity frames from the rolling bit as well =D.

I use it all the time with my offline Diddy (bananas). I just can't get the hang of it online sometimes so i usually don't use it online.

Hmmm, I've seen Diddy do it but never Peach. 

I like dair to dsmash because I can follow it up with a dash attack or a fair depending on the opponent's reaction and percentage.

I'll have to try those though.  Peach has a lot of one-two combos like the above and d-throw and u-tilt.

Each character has a diffrent timing By the way..... well at least Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong do.
