Νο, onyx, it is a sequel. With another Heroine, Zoe Castillo, not April Ryan. And it ends with a cliffhanger. And the scenario may be relevant, but, the games themselves, are sooooo irrelevant. In "Longest Journey" you face one of the most brilliant adventure games out there. Simple as that. Compelling and intriguing story, awesome riddles and well made characters. On the other hand, Dreamfall, (though, I admit, I enjoyed it, is more of an interactive movie. Not much thinking, pretty obvious puzzle solutions, and some lame I must say, action and stealth parts. Not enough though to ruin the overall feeling and atmosphere. And the story is really good too. Really good. Anyway pal, definitely play the first one, and then, yes, play the sequel too. I think it is the only way so that you can enjoy it!
