You can buy AnyDVD HD from the net and it will strip every DRM from HD "premium" content. So DRM is not for stopping pirates but for controlling normal consumers. If it stops some of them, it is a success. If it makes it just a little more of an inconvenience for the common man to pirate a movie, it is a success.
