Also, more importantly, in an interview (oct 2006) with Wired magazine (online) here is what Jack Tretton said of game sharing: WN: If downloadable games are tied to an account, what stops five people from sharing one account and all the games? JT: Nothing, and I think that's a great advantage. You can send that content to four other friends for that initial investment. We want to get the game in as many hands as possible, and it's not about a financial grab [from] consumers.

I was actually referring to somebody else whos post was similair to the OPs just not as big (he didn't cover all the instrucions). It might have been partially the fact that he was a new user that led to the ban (it was his second post if i recall correctly). The guy listed above was just asking to be banned.
For some reason I have two guys that stand on my shoulder but the guy in white always seems to win. Im not quite sure why. But if sony themselves says its not stealing then i guess i am okay with participating. Might as well save myself some money.
