Upcoming? Well im sorry im not sure but you may want to at least demo Disgea because SRPGs are more niche the JRPGs and only a select crowd apreciate them.
For the non exclusives its easier - Fallout 3, Sacred 2, Rise of the Argonauts should be pretty good on the Western side.
Exclusives - White Knight sounds good and I've heard good things about Valkyria as well, but im not sure what it is to be honest sorry.
