He's running DDR-400. It's right in the CPU-Z info. You know PC3200.

Just buy that. It's 2 gigs, it's all you need and there's no sense just buying 1 gig when a little bit more will give you a few more years. Hell you could even keep the 512 you already have, though I wouldn't recommend it. :D
