I looked through it. The vast majority of those things are things that can be done by every character. A lot of things are also common sense but they explain it anyway like DI. Really there isn't much advanced to Ness that isn't common sense. Then they go into explaining mind games, which again while useful is generally common sense or done unknowingly anyways.

The only thing thats really a decision to learn is if you want to learn a B-sticking set up or not. Lucas does it better, but Ness can do some things with it.

I see well 2 ticks that i like a lot from that link is the yoyo eagles guarding trick and the pkf eagles guarding tick. Something i need to be able to do on all chaters in smash is to be able to deal with ppl who play high def (spot dodging and rolling a lot) for the life of me i cant seem to counter this style of play.
