You're either running ddr-400 or ddr-333. Either way, do yourself a favor and buy 4 512mb sticks. Best buy might have a good deal, but check newegg and a few other sites just for giggles to see if it's cheaper there. Upgrading ram, especially from 512mb is usually a good investment. Note: for winxp 32 bit, anything over 3gb is a waste.
