Fable 2 Pub games a good idea or not?

So far I have unlocked almost everything( only 4 items left from keystone tournaments but i hate keystone) and I have 200k in gold. I was told that apparently the most expensive piece of property is 1million so I might grind for that before the game's release. But this 200k took me only an hour or two, a lot of it was wasted unlocking other games.
