Nobody is saying that the VA is great, but if it wasn't the VA, it would be something else, for a few of these posters.

You have a fair point, however, all of those games you mentioned turned out excellent. Hopefully IU will be the same.

 

As for what I like about the game's trailer. Well, the boss battle with the ogre where the dragon is in the background, and you have to stay out of the hotspots, it reminded me of this boss in World of Warcraft. I also love the artstyle. I perfer my RPGs action based lately, it seems, because as I've said, I didn't like Lost Odyssey.

I don't say I like games that I don't. In the past, I've flamed Gears of War, Resistance, MGS2, and Lost Odyssey.

I think the trailer and story of this game look great, and until the game is released, I can't tell for sure. If others have a differing opinion, it's fine. However, if super-fanboys feel the need to completely tear down the game, simply because it's on the 360, then I'll continue to bust them out. I've already named a names here, so I won't keep doing it.

What you said is fine. However, with your reputation, if you said:

...and nothing else...I mean, it's fairly obvious when people are trolling, and hating. I don't understand why all of the sudden we've got to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

There are 3, actually. Some people stayed on topic and mentioned that the game looked good. Look how long this topic is. Do you really think that we coulda talked about those trailers this long, without venturing into a fanboy debate? Especially with the unfortunate topic title and the fact that the OP didn' label his sarcasm, and when super Sony fan Gobias started it off with:

Terrible.

 

Also, imo, the voice issue is being vastly overblown because it's a fairly obvious, though imo small, flaw that is clear in the trailer.

I guess I'm the only person here who doesn't care if the VOs are bad. I've played more then enough RPGs, and more then seen enough animes to be used to it now. I would never play it without the sound.
