So that puts Nintendo software sales close to 278.5M minus some sales from the original Xbox and even older systems. Still total Nintendo sales is probably in the 260-270M range, which means they're really dominating software sales without any big new releases.

Are you sure they aren't counting PC software?

 

Also why doesn't VGC split up the US/Canada/rest of the Americas?  It would make a lot more sense in these threads than just taking off a standard 10% for Canada, and having people claim Latin America makes up for X amount of difference.

 

 

There is never any reference on PC games sold, so I'm pretty sure they aren't included in the numbers. And considering how much Wii and DS are outselling the competition it really isn't that surprising they sell close to 50% of all software revenue.
