What the... No way in hell is that possible. 60m Is out of the question. The 360 would need to do freakin playstation/2 type numbers in the US to get that high. Even your lowest number, 35m will be hard to reach. Even the N64, a console that sold fairly well in the US, was not able to put up numbers like 35m even with solid sales in Japan.
