Would Microsoft have crushed Sony if the Xbox 360 had had HD DVD built in?

I think it would have done severe damage to the PS3 by crushing Blu-Ray. Of course, it would have been a big risk for Microsoft.

 

 I dont mind speaking hypothetically.... but hypothetically speaking if it were to put a HD-DVD player into it it would be delayed... or perhaps hypothetically speaking the Ps3 would be rushed and get the RRoD....
