What can Microsoft do to increase X-Box 360 sales at this point?(Fall 2008)

I thought the PS3 did better over last holiday.  Or at least I read one poster say that.

 

 According to official NPD record the 360 did ~800k more than the PS3 during Nov+Dec holiday 07.
