I think this is a vast understatement. LBP is going to reach, like, a quadrillion copies.
Seriously, 10M is an overstatement. 20M is just fanboyism. To reach 20 Million it would have to sell to almost everyone who owns a PS3, and keep selling for years and years.
Furthermore, I think you're overestimating the impact. It appeals to some nebulous cloud of people who are casuals but love spending 400+ dollars on a console to play one game. Maybe if they drop the price down to 300$ for the introductory, bundle with LBP, and introduce a line of casual games then I'll see 5+ million sold, maybe.
Wii has more 20 million sellers than PS3 has 5 million sellers.
