Anyway, I find your complaint about Walmart to be rather silly.

Going to Walmart and looking for quality customer service is like going to a cheese factory looking for drinking milk. You may find "milk" at that cheese factory but it's certainly not something you want to drink because it's not what they specialize in producing.

Walmart doesn't compete based on AAA quality service or the finest selection of wares around, they compete based on cost, quantity, and convenience (though mostly that first one). At a Walmart Supercenter you can buy anything ranging from TVs to clothes to bananas to lawnmowers. And odds are fair that it'll be cheaper or at least on par with the prices you'd find at any other store.

Many may not like Walmart, but when they can go there and pick up the exact same product they saw in another store but 10-20% cheaper, they learn to deal with it.
