First-person cover system (never before done in a FPS) - There's a reason it has never been done before, a cover system that goes into first person would mean that every hit you take is either a direct headshot or the hands. It's also a little un-necessary because it has the same effect in MP as tilt in CoD4 has OR going from lying down to crouching behind an object (except now you've got the system forcing you to push a button to un-attach yourself from the object).
Advanced AI (20 guys aiming at you at once in COD4 is not AI, it's OVERWHELMING the player) - Enemies that get shot at and don't react is not intelligent AI either, but if KZ2 vid's are any indication, that's what we're getting. At least with CoD4 there is some sort of reaction to the way you play EXAMPLE: I was in one of the building in US Mission in campaign, and was going down a hallway to a closed door, the first time the door opened and I was killed by a guard who realised I went into the room. Second time, I fired from the hip through the door, waited for a bit and then saw the door open a little bit with a gun sticking out and blind firing.

Usable Vehicles - ......... innovation? I would say the fact that CoD4 drop that from the previous games would indicate how played out it is.
Bosses - Yes because in realistic modern combat, there is always an opposition soldier that is superhuman and takes a different strategy to kill.... by the way, Bosses have been done before.
Minimalistic HUD (virtually non-existent) - That might not be a bad thing, certainly sucks the player in more.
7.1 uncompressed digital audio - Useful, if you have a 7.1 sound system.
Utilizing the entire Blu-Ray disk (50 gigs) - My care factor is zero for this "feature".
Full clan support tying in with Killzone.com Multiple classes with hybrid customization - Done before.

I think you have to understand that whilst KZ2 might have nice features, there is very very little that it does to separate itself from other FPS. You could say the same about CoD4, but what it does is it shows a developer listens to it's consumers who were complaining about WWII and decided to change that.
