For stating his opinion on his own personal blog? Seriously, Jaffe is one of those people that get so much flack because crappy gaming news sites take his opinoins from his blog, delete what's not newsworthy, and post it as news. It happened with the Mario Kart comment, and with the Spiderman comment, and now this.
