go tell to ur brother tha FFXIII is ABSOLUTELY not ready to be released
and that when it will be released on PS3, the PS3 will be a lot cheaper so he will be able to buy one.

It will depend of the PS3 sales. If they are good, the Xbox360 release will delayed a lot. If they are bad, it will come out sooner.
