Anyhow...I STILL do not understand for the life of me why Sony would pander to the western audience with cookie cutter shooters, when we're drunk off of them and no a finer wine from a cheap one. If Sony wanted to gather a good shooter which stands out they should've acquired Infinity Ward or even Monolith. Those are companies who know how to use imagination to make a great FPS IMHO.

They are doing shooters to break into the American market some more I think.
SOCOM, K2, RFOM2, MAG are 4 shooters that should propel the Playstation a bit more as a shooter-console for the US crowd.
And acquiring Infinity Ward would be insanely expensive I'm afraid and not a move Sony is able to make without MS getting wind of it and intervening, I feel.
