incorrect, microsoft has publishing rights to the first 2 but has to renew the deal which is up to epic, epic owns the universe of gears of war. Microsoft however owns halo entirely and it will never be on playstation unless MS leaves the console business.
Note: Some games in my collection are no longer owned, but have owned.
