Yes but they tried to be... it was such an instable teritoy that actions had to be taken, and in my eyes with Russias attack there where...

The actions Russia should of took was not supporting and starting the trouble in the first place. Russia is the very country who made the territory unstable.

That's like saying if America started agitating quebec to the point of it rioting it would be fine for the US to invade and annex Quebec.
