Ah, okay. This joke was too sophisticated for my poor school English. Although a Van Halen musical wouldn't surprise me at all. They've already created musicals about Queen, Abba, Buddy Holly, Mozart...

I wouldn't call the joke too sophisticated, probably just too obscure and bad. But I laughed while typing it and that's really the only reason people write funny things on forums anyway.
Also, it depresses me that there's a musical about Abba, I can respect that they've made tons of money off of music I find aweful, but I don't think they did anything worthy of a musical. Now "Newsies", that was something worth a musical.

All modern (so-called) musicals depress me. I prefer watching the old ones such as Singin' in the Rain or The Band Wagon.
